Terms and Conditions

All users agree to abide to our terms of use upon creating an account.

CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT!

This is the first step to do anything on this website, create an account.
Please note that user accounts are of three types, and that although users may set up different accounts if they have multiple roles, they require a different email address for each role, for authentication purposes.

Depending on what profile the user choses, a different navigation options will be visible to that user, approximately as follows:

Project Manager Menu
Donor Menu
Intermediary menu

Do you want to stay anonymous?

You can. You can create a 'virtual' public profile, your p2pAid Avatar - a nickname - to hide your real world identity, as long as you make your real credentials known to p2pAid Team via the contact form. We want to make sure that individual donors can be made accountable for the genuitiy of their good intentions, and that nobody abuses our site to do something preintentionally harmful. That information will be 'on record' . When creating your login, please enter your real credentials. Then notify p2pAid Team that you are going to create an avatar profile, for public display, as you'd prefere to stay anonymous. That's it.

How to add an image to a microproject

Shortly we'll be updating the editor, and it will be much easier
For the moment, you have to do a two steps thing
1- load the image to the system
using this link LInk here also available on project managers menu, and make a note of its path/location, so basically write down the number that appears in your browser after the image has loaded

2- insert the image in your microproject text as follows

a) go back to your microproject after you have created it either by navigating backwards on your browser, or by cliking on your microprojet wherever you find it, or by looking at my account/track

b) if the image path is node/11o, for example, you have to create a tag as follows:

eventually this process will be more intuitive after we have a new editor
